Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2014

VBS this year is Group's "Weird Animals! Where Jesus' love is one-of-a-kind." It will run from July 14-18 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.  There will be a VBS meeting today following the worship service.

God filled the world with a lot of crazy creatures...including you! When kids feel weird, different, or even lost in a crowd—nothing compares to the extraordinary love of Jesus.

At Weird Animals VBS kids will discover that Jesus’ love is one-of-a-kind.   Weird Animals is a habitat filled with incredible Bible-learning experienced kids see, hear, touch and even taste!  Sciency-Fun Gizmos, team-building games, cool Bible songs and tasty treats are just a few of the activities that help faith flow into real like.  Plus we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life.   VBS is a great way to bring children closer to God and learn more about their faith.

We are in need of as much help as we can get to make this a successful event for the children.  In the narthex we have a list of food items for daily snacks and some other items needed to make this a fun filled week for our children.  If you are able to help in that area it would be very much appreciated.
